Make Reservation

Call us at 719-845-1000 or visit our store to check availability and reserve your equipment.

Pickup & Return

Visit our location to complete paperwork, receive operating instructions, and pick up your equipment. Return it clean and on time.

Weekend Special Deal

Weekend Rental Special

When you pick up equipment Friday afternoon and return it Monday morning, with less than 8 hours of total usage, you'll only be charged for a one-day rental!

* Conditions apply: Must be picked up Friday afternoon, returned Monday morning, and total usage must be less than 8 hours. Not available on all equipment. Please call for details.

Rental Requirements

To rent equipment from Rally Point Rentals, you'll need to provide the following:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license preferred)
  • Credit or debit card for security deposit
  • Proof of insurance (for certain equipment)
  • Signed rental agreement

For commercial accounts, additional documentation may be required. Please contact us for details.

Deposit & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Cash (for rentals under $100)

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies based on the equipment value. The deposit will be returned when the equipment is brought back in good condition.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for larger equipment. Delivery fees vary based on distance and equipment size. Please call for details.

What if the equipment breaks down?

If equipment malfunctions during normal use, call us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?

Yes, equipment should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
